Convey Speech is a provider of speech and language services for Kaiser Permanente. Please contact Kaiser Permanente for Notice of Authorization of Services.

 

Convey Speech provides a monthly “Superbill” which contains diagnoses codes (ICD-10) and treatment codes (CPT) along with fees. Although Convey Speech does not bill insurance companies, a Superbill may be submitted to insurance companies for possible reimbursement.

It is strongly recommended that you contact your insurance company directly to request information in writing about your personal policy coverage for speech therapy (see links below for major insurance companies).
